		<description>Great thinking. I think that slogans, tag-lines and even basic call-to-action lines like &quot;Enroll Now&quot; if URLised, causes a billboard to explode. Now QR codes are being used - but in most cases people are too busy to stop and scan. If one can combine great URLised tag lines and calls-to-action with QR codes of that URL , that would be the ultimate solution.</description>
